changing variables in goal case and using hashmap for light query

misread first time (thought product)
forgot edge case til submit
manipulated given formula well to compute stored values and do an O(n) pass with a hashmap (storing n % 60 in hash to put values in range, then computed diff to 60 and see if we had one in map)
Could have done even better if I just didn’t use a map, since we know all possible values in an int range (0-59), could have just done an int array

Could have solved easily with two O(n) passes and then optimized later
Basically just computing hash table pass and then looking for reversed pair and counting
